How do I cancel my subscription and delete my account?

If you would like to cancel your subscription and delete your account, you can go to Account Settings > Cancel and follow the directions.

Here's what happens when you cancel your subscription.

• Once you delete your account, all the projects, urls and other data in this account will be permanently deleted.
• If you have a paid subscription, it will be cancelled and your credit card will not be charged again.
• Your short URLs will immediately stop redirecting.
• All users of this account will also be deleted (unless they have their own paid subscription).

Data deletion:

Once you delete your account, it's queued for deletion immediately.

• Your account is soft deleted immediately (you cannot access your account anymore, but is recoverable if you get in touch with us)
• Most of the data (especially projects) is permanently deleted after 60 days (no longer recoverable)
• 35 days later, it's purged from all backups.
• There's some basic account information left which is also permanently deleted after 1 year.
