Searching for URLs Across All Projects

As your link library grows, finding a specific URL hidden inside one of your many projects can become difficult. The Global search across all projects feature allows you to query your entire account history at once.

This guide will show you how to locate any link, whether you remember the long destination or just the short URL, without having to manually check every project folder.

Step 1: Access Global Search

To begin, navigate to the dedicated search interface that spans all your active projects.

  1. Open your main Dashboard.
  2. Click on Search Links in the top navigation menu.

Step 2: Define Your Search Criteria and View Results

The search tool offers three specific ways to narrow down your results. You can use them individually or combine them for better precision.

  • Tagged URL: Use this field if you are looking for a destination URL or specific UTM parameters (e.g., searching for "facebook" or "winter-sale").
  • Short URL: Use this field if you know the specific vanity link or short code (e.g., ter.li/offer).
  • Date Range: Select a start and end date to filter results by when the link was created within a specific time period.

Once you have entered your criteria, click the blue Search button.

The results will appear in a table displaying the Project, Shortened URL, Tagged URL, and Created At date. From here, you can interact with your links:

  • Go to Project: Click the Show (eye icon) button next to a link. This will redirect you to the specific project containing that link, giving you full access to edit or manage it.

You can now quickly locate any asset in your account using Global Search. This saves you time and ensures you never lose track of a campaign, regardless of which project it lives in.
