How to Export URLs to a CSV File?

You often need your tracking URL data to use in other tools for deeper analysis in Excel, sharing in Google Sheets, or for bulk uploads into ad platforms. The Export CSV feature lets you quickly download a clean, spreadsheet-ready file of your URL data in just a couple of clicks.

1. Exporting All URLs in a Project

This option downloads every URL currently in your project view.

  1. From the main navigation, select the Project containing the URLs you want to export.

  1. On the main URLs page, simply click the Export CSV button.
  2. A CSV file containing all URLs and their associated data will be downloaded to your computer.

2. Exporting Specific URLs

This workflow is ideal when you need a targeted subset of your URL data. The process involves searching for the URLs you need, selecting them, and then exporting.

Method 1: Search for Your URLs

First, use the search bar at the top of the URLs page to find the exact links you want to export. For example, to find all URLs from the medium social, you would type social in the Medium field. Click on Search button and the list will update to show only the matching URLs.

Simply click the Export CSV button to export the CSV file containing all filtered URLs and their associated data.

The search bar is a powerful tool with many options. To learn all the ways you can search and filter your data, see our guide on [How to Search and Filter Your URLs?].

Method 2: Select Your URLs

  • To select a few URLs: Use the individual checkboxes to the left of each URL.

  • To select all search results: Use the main checkbox at the top of the list to select all the visible URLs at once.

Once you've made your selection, click the Export CSV button. A CSV file containing only your selected URLs will be downloaded.

3. What's Included in the CSV Export?

Your exported CSV file is formatted for immediate use and typically includes the following columns:

  • Destination URL: The final, untagged landing page URL.
  • Full Tagged URL: The complete URL with all tracking parameters.
  • Short URL: The shortened version of your link.
  • UTM Parameters: Each parameter (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) in its own separate column.
  • Custom Parameters: Any custom parameters you've added.
  • Labels & Notes: Any labels or internal notes associated with the URL.
  • Info Field: Additional contextual information related to the URL.
  • Metadata: Creation date and total click counts.

Best Practices

  • Always Use Date Ranges on Large Projects: For projects with thousands of URLs, always include a date range in your search (e.g., Created between:2025-09-01 and 2025-09-30). This keeps the export process fast and the downloaded file size manageable.
  • Establish a Labeling Strategy for Exports: Proactively apply consistent labels (e.g., q4-webinar-promo) to your URLs as you create them. This makes it incredibly simple to search for that single label later and export a complete and accurate report for that specific campaign with just one search.

Exporting your data to CSV is a simple way to integrate your tracking links with your favorite reporting and analysis tools.
